  • Outstanding Events collects information about the clients and employees we work with in order to facilitate our contract of business for providing activations or contracts of employment for employed staff. We take photos of people at activations and events and pass these photos onto clients, we may retain this information on our secure servers for the benefit of those clients.

  • We may collect contact details for our clients and link this data to the photos and pass this onto our clients, we do this via a secure website. This data is retained on our partners website at www.photopartyupload.com. The data is retained on their secure servers and accessible only by Outstanding Events.

  • Outstanding Events clients will be required to share business contact details as part of our booking process, this data shall remain within our possession for a minimum of six years.

  • Outstanding Events will not send any marketing communications to an individual, unless we have received the individual’s express permission in advance.

USE OF INFORMATION
