Rob Lancaster – Founding Director/Mad Scientist

Rob did his first event when he was six years old – a light show featuring mirror projection. Since that early start he has worked in theatre, as a club DJ, a holiday camp green coat, a touring lighting engineer and lighting designer. He is now responsible for everything tech related, delivering innovative interactive toys for parties and events.

If he is ever not working, he spends time with his family – his wife, three children, two dogs and Trevorsaurus the tortoise.

Frankie Bayford – Business Development Manager/Head of Imagination

Frankie is our absolutely mad Business Development Manager, and also known as the company chatterbox! You can contact Frankie for anything sales related, and to discuss new and innovative techie ideas! When not working, you’ll find her shopping, eating, bringing up her beautiful little boy, chatting, travelling and then doing a bit more chatting.
